• Chest: Oriental Sorcery Lab (JPN016, Defeat boss and talk to him)

Notes:

• Best weapon against Gremory for obvious reasons.
• Obviously the weapon you use when playing Zangetsu mode.
• If you could get this weapon early (before defeating Craftwork) you could theoretically cut the moon in Gardens and enter Den of Behemoths before getting Double Jump. And if you watch the cut-scene you'll trigger a state that replaces Dominique with Anna in the store for the rest of the game.
  • Only possible with cheating in the item somehow in Story-Mode.
  • Not possible in randomiser, they removed both the red moon and all the story events.

A blade made at great personal risk. It grows and has a mind of its own.

Special:

• When you use “Blood Steal” shard to absorb blood this sword increases ATK, up to a max of 4444 litre of blood.
• This is tracked under Archives Personal Information tab.
• The blood amount is per save-game and not per weapon, you can sell and buy the weapon back and have the same bonus.
• The max ATK is 58.

• Arguably the most grindy weapon in the game to max out.
• Unless you use cheesy end-game tactics like Gebel's Glasses + Time Stop + Rhava on Revenant, and just Blood Steal constantly.
• Reference to Muramasa and other similar swords from the Castlevania games.
• This is the weapon Doppleganger boss uses against you.
